Monday

LUNCH

  • Spinach Salad – strawberries, feta cheese, balsamic syrup, and lemon oil

  • Creamy Fish and Seafood Stew – dill-pickled cucumber, fennel, boiled potatoes

DINNER

  • Stracciatella – orange, roasted pistachios, chard shoots, basil oil

  • Chicken Breast – roasted Parmesan sauce, grilled zucchini and asparagus, mashed potatoes with cream cheese

  • Chocolate and Orange Mousse – berry compote, meringue, candied nuts

TUESDAY

  • Elderflower and Champagne Sorbet – tonka bean and blackberry compote, white chocolate crumble, nasturtium
