At Skåvsjöholm, we provide everything under one roof – conference rooms, group rooms, hotel rooms, a restaurant, a relaxation area, and a newly renovated bar – creating an efficient and convenient meeting environment. The serene and inspiring natural surroundings are just outside your door.
All our meeting rooms are flooded with natural light, and almost all offer a stunning sea view. The rooms are well-ventilated, equipped with the latest technology, and furnished with comfortable chairs.
We also offer extensive display areas in the entrances, common areas, and guest offices for those who need them. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire facility. If you prefer a change of scenery, you can take your laptop and find a peaceful spot outdoors – our numerous outdoor seating areas and docks are always popular!
We offer a variety of sizes and types of meeting rooms and conference facilities. We always provide free Wi-Fi with a strong signal. As a guest, you can connect to our open network from both guest rooms and meeting rooms. We have recently upgraded our network for better performance and equipped several of our rooms with separate secure networks. The surroundings
If you just want to occupy yourselves without an activity leader, there are plenty of opportunities in our inviting surroundings. Perhaps we could suggest a sandcastle building competition on our beach, or a paddle trip across the bay with a picnic basket? Indoor or outdoor boules, billiards or an art quiz around the building?
During the colder months, it’s usually popular to try winter bathing! Our full board-guests get free access to our sauna area with a newly built relaxation bar and outdoor jacuzzis.
The hotel rooms
The rooms in our main building are decorated in a timeless 1960s style, featuring iconic design pieces such as the Series 7 chair by Arne Jacobsen and the Lamino armchair by Yngve Ekström—blended with modern touches. We’ve carefully selected top-quality beds: Swan-certified, Swedish-made by Hilding Anders, with a minimum width of 120 cm in single rooms and 140 cm in Double Mini rooms (suitable for 1–2 guests).
Our spacious Twin Double rooms feature two single beds, and an extra bed can be added if needed.
Almost all of our 111 hotel rooms offer peaceful views of the water—always a calming presence. Every room includes a fully tiled bathroom and a comfortable work area.
At Tallhöjden, our newest hotel building, you’ll find 14 brand-new double rooms opened in March 2025. The furniture, interior design, and color palette have been thoughtfully chosen to harmonize with the surrounding nature. Italian design meets Swedish craftsmanship—with sustainability at the core.
These rooms offer generous indoor and outdoor spaces. You’ll sleep soundly in a luxurious 180 cm-wide bed from Hilding Anders. Outside, you’ll find beautifully landscaped surroundings with seating areas, stone walkways, and lush plantings.
Tallhöjden Double Rooms include a lounge area with an armchair and coffee table. Our Double Superior and Superior Luxury rooms also come with a sofa bed.
In our most exclusive room, the Superior Luxury, you can relax on your private 45 sqm terrace, complete with a lounge set, sun loungers, parasol, and cozy cushions. From here, you’ll enjoy panoramic views over the entire Skåvsjöholm Bay.

You can check in from 15:00 every day (please inform us in advance if you arrive after 22:00).
You have your room until 10:00 on weekdays and until 11:00 on weekends.

How many participants can your conference rooms accommodate?
We offer a variety of conference rooms in different sizes, suitable for both small and large groups.
Our largest venue, Resarö, accommodates up to 120 people. Rooms such as Svavelsö, Storskär, and Rindö are ideal for medium-sized groups of 60 to 76 participants.
For smaller meetings, we offer spaces like Fåglarö (up to 26 people), Ekholmen (up to 12 people), and Ljusterö (up to 10 people).
What technical equipment is available in your conference rooms?
All our conference rooms are equipped with modern technology, including wireless internet, projectors or large screens, sound systems, whiteboards, flip charts, notepads, and pens. We make sure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on your meeting.
Do you offer activities alongside your conferences?
Yes, we provide a variety of activities to enrich and strengthen your conference experience. Choose from options such as yoga, SUP yoga, mindfulness, circuit training, Pilates, massage, scavenger hunts, taste duels, or team-building concepts like “Champions’ Challenge.”
How is the internet access at the facility?
We offer free Wi-Fi with a strong signal throughout our entire facility—including both conference rooms and hotel rooms. For meetings with high security requirements, we can also provide separate, secure networks.
What accommodation options are available for conference participants?
We have a total of 111 hotel rooms for overnight stays—ranging from single and double rooms to the entire Villa Skåvsjöholm with 6 separate rooms. All rooms feature comfortable Swedish-made beds from Hilding Anders, and many offer views of the water.
How do you get to Skåvsjöholm?
We are located just 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city and 35 minutes from Arlanda Airport. Simply enter our street address, “Skåvsjöholmsvägen 80, Åkersberga,” into your GPS.
