Private yoga session (minimum 10 people)
This yoga is suitable for everyone, and no prior experience is needed. Together with yoga instructor Mia, you will be guided through gentle exercises that stretch and relax the body. The exercises promote both balance and strength. The session includes physical activity, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation exercises.
SUP Yoga
Together with the board on the water, we create balance and presence. The proximity to water and nature contributes to mindfulness and calm. The floating and balance on the SUP board keeps you in gentle movement with a natural flow grounding your body. No prior experience is required; everyone can join. (Suitable for groups up to 10 people)
Circuit Training
Circuit training is a fun physical workout that improves both cardio and strength. It’s perfect for groups with different fitness levels since everyone trains according to their own ability. The session can be held indoors or outdoors. Everyone can participate regardless of training background.
Pilates
This is a specific training method focused on developing strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates increases body awareness and control. The goal is muscular balance, emphasizing the deep stabilizing muscles that support the body. Everyone can participate, and no prior experience is necessary.
Massage
Massage helps to release tension, loosen muscles, and improve mobility. It can also reduce pain and discomfort through improved circulation and stretching exercises. Balance and body awareness are important parts of the massage.
Mindfulness
With breathing, relaxation, and presence exercises, you’ll enjoy deep recovery. These tools can be used in both work and daily life. No change of clothes is needed. Everyone can join, and no prior experience is required.
