Wake up well-rested in our dreamily beautiful rooms with sea views

The hotel rooms in our main building are decorated in classic 1960s design, featuring timeless pieces like the Series 7 chair by Arne Jacobsen and the Lamino armchair by Yngve Ekström—combined with modern elements. We’ve chosen only the very best beds: Swan-labeled and Swedish-made by Hilding Anders. In our single rooms, the beds are at least 120 cm wide, and in the Double Mini rooms (for 1–2 guests), they’re 140 cm.

Our spacious Twin Double rooms feature two single beds, and an extra bed can be added upon request.

The fantastic view of the water offers a constant sense of calm and can be enjoyed from nearly all of our 111 hotel rooms. All rooms have fully tiled bathrooms and a comfortable work area.

At Tallhöjden, you’ll find our newest additions—14 brand-new double rooms that opened in March 2025. Furniture, interior design, and color schemes have been carefully chosen to harmonize with the surrounding nature. Italian design blends with Swedish quality, always with a focus on sustainability.

These rooms offer generous indoor and outdoor spaces, and you’ll sleep soundly in a 180 cm-wide bed from Hilding Anders. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped with seating areas, stone-paved paths, and plantings.

The Tallhöjden Double rooms include a cozy sitting area with an armchair and coffee table. The Double Superior and Superior Luxury rooms also include a sofa bed.

In our most exclusive room, the Superior Luxury, you can enjoy a private 45 sqm terrace complete with a lounge set, sun loungers, parasol, and soft cushions. From here, you’ll have a panoramic view over the entire Skåvsjöholm Bay.
