“Quality permeates all our cooking, from the raw ingredients to the finished dish.
For us, it’s important to offer our guests natural ingredients in season which are important fundamentals in our cuisine,” says Christian Larsson, chef de cuisine at Skåvsjöholm.
“We also source local ingredients – including meat, vegetables and fruits – as far as possible.” Our proximity to the sea and the archipelago also makes fish an obvious choice of ingredient.

Bricks, glass and stone – these natural elements form the foundation of our restaurant, which can accommodate 120 seated guests. Nature is always close at hand and there might even be a fire crackling in the big open fireplace. Guests are offered magnificent views of the archipelago.
The meals served in our restaurant are as popular as the milieu. We regularly receive praise from our guests about our food, but we would like to continue to surpass ourselves and your expectations.

Two bars and a wine cellar
Relax and shed your cares in the bar after your conference
At Skåvsjöholm, there are two bars, one in the lobby and one on level 1. Our lobby bar is a popular gathering point before dinner to start off the evening. Enjoy some drinks together, sink down into one of the bar’s Swedish furniture design classics and enjoy the view. Our lobby can also be used as an exhibition space or for mingling. Ask us and we’ll work out the best solution for you.
After dinner you are welcome to our bar on level 1, which is also right next to our wine cellar. A cosy hangout for those who want to prop up the bar or sit down together. We also have a dart board and a big-screen TV where you can view sports at certain times.
If the weather’s nice, we open up the glass doors to the sea and the beach, where you’re welcome to enjoy a drink and the view from our patio.

For dinner, you can always choose a wine package exclusively put together for the evening’s menu. And for those of you who prefer to choose your own, there is a wide range of wines to select from in our wine cellar.
